Postage and Packaging Policy

I currently post to UK addresses only.

Processing time: I aim to process orders within 5 business days, but your orders will typically be sent out within 1-2 days. 

Orders are usually taken to the post office Monday to Thursday. Orders are not usually posted on Fridays, weekends or holidays.

UK orders for delivery to postcodes starting - IP19 9** - are delivered free of charge,  within 1-2 days whenever possible. Please select the local shipping option at checkout.

Orders for all other UK postcodes are sent Royal Mail Second Class Signed For (Royal Mail’s aim is to deliver within 2-3 working days) or Royal Mail First Class Signed For (Royal Mail’s aim is to deliver next working day) and will require a signature. Select your preferred option at checkout.

Free delivery is also available for all UK postcodes when you spend £24 - use discount code POST4FREE.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email. 

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timescale, please do get in touch so that I can investigate and rectify for you.
